Patricia Clark, left, and Sindhuja Pillai along with a handful of members from the International Club of Bismarck and Mandan stir sauces and cut fruit and vegetables on Friday for today's annual Spring Festival. The festival named "Variety is the Spice is Life" begins at 5:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Bismarck. The event will feature foods from around the world, as well as dancing from India and American Indian dancers.
