Five-year-old Andrew Fergel, along with all the other children who attend Messiah Lutheran Church in Mandan, give it their best shot Sunday as they attempt to break frozen ground on the church's new addition, the St. Paul Room. The new area will be a fellowship room and bible study area and accommodate about 150 people. The church plans to begin construction somewhere around May 1st.AMY TABORSKY Tribune
