Wes Long Feather arranges a memorial to pioneer Indian educator August Little Soldier at the United Tribes Technical Center's Tribal Leaders Summit in the Bismarck Civic Center on 9-9 morning. Long Feather, chief of staff at UTTC, said the feather headdress belonged to Little Soldier who died earlier this year and was a founding member of UTTC and instrumental in establishing the first All Indian Rodeo Association. Little Soldier was from the Fort Berthold Reservation.
