Event organizer Gordie Tuel of Grand Forks said over 300 H.O.G. members would be in the parade that ends with a picnic in downtown Mandan. "Mandan's the most generous city we have been to and they have given us financial support to have this event," said Tuel. The H.O.G. rally ends today with a closing ceremony at The Post south of Mandan.
