Mike Bossert, of Bismarck, wore a t-shirt with a basic message "What Would our Founding Fathers Do?" printed on the back. Several hundred people gathering on the steps of the state Capitol Thursday evening asked the same thing during the "Rally on the Mall; No Confidence Tea Party." The crowd, many from across North Dakota and other states, protested against President Barack Obama, tax increases, the federal bailout, government increase and government run health care.
