Aaron Ramsdell dresses up a brat for lunch while listening to Governor John Hoeven speak on the big screen in the background in the lobby of the Grand Theatre in Bismarck on Friday afternoon. Ramsdell, a distributive generation employee of Basin Electric, was among several hundred people at the theatre to hear Gov. Hoeven speak in support of cooperatives across the state and to sign a proclamation declaring October Co-op Month in North Dakota. Due to inclement weather the lunch was moved from the front lawn of Basin Electric to the theatre where several speakers addressed the rally.
