Spotted™

A giant ribbon made from purple and white flags was placed on the mall of the state capitol by the Abused Adult Resource Center to commemorate the 16th Take Back the Night march and rally on Monday. The march begins at 6:30 p.m. in front of the capitol with North Dakota attorney general Wayne Stenehjem as the featured speaker.
